Once lost, the seed can only be found inside its own wallet. So if you've lost the wallet and don't have the seed the bitcoins in that wallet are as good as gone.
You might want to check if you still have the wallet in your pc, to do that open any electrum wallet and press CTRL+O (or go to File > Open). It will open the default directory for the wallet files.
