Yea I got those. Hashrate drops to 19mh/s when using the new claymore though. Everything else is the same.

Would have been better to ask directly in Claymore's thread and not create a new one.. But..

Have you played with -dcri?
Since the introduction of new asm kernels you should tune your GPU, otherwise go for -asm 0 and use the old kernels

Claymore's Dual Ethereum + Decred/Siacoin/Lbry/Pascal AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner.
=========================

Latest version is v9.1:

- added assembler kernels for ETH+SIA and ETH+PASCAL modes (major speedup for SIA and PASCAL).
- added alternative assembler kernels for Tonga and Polaris cards for ETH-only mode. Use them if you get best speed at "-dcri 1" (i.e. you cannot find speed peak), use "-asm 2" option to enable this mode.
- a few minor bug fixes and improvements.

I went to both google and mega. There is no binary for windows. There is only binary for linux
