So, you made me confused. Reading your subject I understand that you want to find Altcoin developers, but this is actually a promotion of your service.
there is an example, user @ icosonar was not read anything from your post(subject only), then you get offers for a service similar to yours not from the new client.
Also, I think you can move this topic to Altcoin section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0 where people announce his altcoin services. It's much more likely to pass new potential customers there, than here in Bitcoin section.
