If I am correct for learning solidity you need to have basic coding understanding of JavaScript, python and C++. Therefore you also need to know these languages. You can check this website https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bitdegree.org/learn/learn-solidity/amp for more information.

i want to be able to make apps and websites and tokens on the Ethereum  blockcahin
Create tokens and apps are different. With tokens, you can fork and create your token from open-sourced code. You can not fork applications.

If you ask this question, you are not qualified to create your ERC20 token. There are many of them and they were create to steal money people, and I don't think the market need more especially from blockchain newbies.

There are very good beginner video courses for learning Ethereum and Solidity.
https://www.udemy.com/topic/solidity/
Write in more detail what you want to study?
Do you want to program smart contracts in the Ethereum ecosystem on solidity language?
Or do you want to understand how smart contracts work and be able to analyze information from them?
I hope you don't want to write an exploit that will hack the Ethereum  DeFi ecosystem Smiley
