In any case, the announcement board is appropriate for launching a service afterward, service board.
Fundraising, on the other hand, should not be posted there.

Complying completely with the regulations, on the other hand, will get you out of trouble.

We are working on a centralized unmoderated reputation system for decentralized opinions. The idea is to help crypto projects, investors and the community. Using our system the crypto community will rate a project. The algorithm will process the information taken from the users and will generate a list. There will be several parameters which will help the investors to make an educated decision that will eventually minimize the risk of losing the investments.

I am not sure in which section I can post the project details and keep the community informed about our project. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you.
I think there is a FLUX predictions market on NEAR protocol, maybe take a look at that. Perhaps that's something you can build off of and get a grant. You could do an IDO on Skyward Finance and trade on Ref Finance. I hope this helps.

BTW, what you are developing is common, there are several websites that do provide such information. I am interested to know what different you guys are creating that makes your project unique.
We have a draft which we are working on. On the new topic we will outline that. There are several suggestions of several boards. We still need to see which board is appropriate for discussion. We are trying to understand the structure of this forum.

Edit
I found your site, read the subreddit too. It seems you are looking for blockchain developers. This is close to my guess that you are building an investment project.
We still have not decided if we need the blockchain part. We will go with the best option that will help the project to have sustainability.

I wonder if op will go online again to read everyone's advice on which board it should be posted.
We will be in touch with the forum whenever it's possible. There are always a lot of workload for us to be taken care of.

The updates will be posted for discussion about the project development in a new topic. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

You can post project details in this section if you want and let the community know about your project.

I get the sense that your project will include the scoring and review of new projects (some kind of ICOrating site, ICObench). cmiiw
If you're only focused on services (no fundraising, no new altcoins), I think you can simply post in Service Announcements (altcoins).
If that's what their platform would do then that board is suitable for that kind of thread to be posted. I wonder if op will go online again to read everyone's advice on which board it should be posted. If they start a fundraising then they shouldn't post it in that bosrd yet before they finish launching their service.

Since you don't have a working product, you would rather post on Project Development board. That’s better fit your project since you are still developing the project. After you have your project developed, you can move the thread to service announcement section.

Apart from project development, you can post it on the Announcement board. If you are also interested in creating a small buzz among the community then you can also start a bounty about your project and post it here.

When you want to launch a service you can take the topic to the announcement board. When the service is launched you can take it to the service board. I will ask you to learn the rules of the forum well. When you follow the rules everything will come to you.

You'll probably have to spend a lot of time working on bot prevention to get a project like this working.

There are altcoin service announcement and discussion topics too:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=198.0
You'll have to work out which one is more appropriate but if you're not working with bitcoin then it'll likely have to go in either of those sections.
