MOST NEMA 5-15P and 5-15R are built the exact same as their 240V counterparts (just differing in orientation of blades), the difference is using 200+V on a NEMA 5-15 receptacle is contrary to code.

I mine because math
Why do the 250v cords look like this?

This is a 6-15 plug intended for use with 15A+ @ 120V/240V, the 5-15 socket you are looking for should not be wired up with over 120v.

6-15 for 120v/240v

5-15 for 120v ONLY

This is merely advice, the image of the 5-15 comes from http://www.digital-loggers.com/cords.html, I did see specs for a 6-15 to C15 C19 cable on there, no pictures though.

Hope this helps.

Why do the 250v cords look like this? https://imgur.com/a/GFk6r

There are a few different 220/240 volt receptacle's so there is not just 1 standard.  A lot of people use a PDU going to the 220/240 then split it up from PDU to miners.

I think what everyone is asking is your drawling looks a lot like just the standard US 110/120 volt outlet.   Are you sure your outlet is the 205 volt or more needed for psu?  That is what people have been asking about.

it's either this one
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CFP53XW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

or this one
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007O0EIRU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

also buy a cheap pdu http://www.ebay.com/itm/APC-AP7841-METERED-RACK-PDU-24-OUTLET-20-C13-4-C19-Power-distribution-strip-unit-/381505056743?hash=item58d3792fe7:g:uLgAAOSwFqJWhVeb

your better off then tying to wire it into the wall you might even mess it up sense you have no idea were to get the power cord

.i don't know much about that PSU i can match one  with more power for less then pay what they want .  sense you say you are aware you need a  220/240 line the plugs are a lot different then a 110/120 line.

Are you aware that the Bitmain power supply requires at least 210VAC. That's more like what you have for an electric range, or an electric clothes dryer. You will not be able to plug this into a US standard 120VAC outlet and have it work.
