Do NOT use GoDaddy, they rip people off.
Do use Namecheap, they have discounts and offers for Bitcointalk users too sometimes! To catch up with their special deals, keep browsing the "Services" subsection!
Again, do not use GoDaddy, they have ripped me off in the past.

someone recommended namesilo.com to me, and I didn't regret it.
They allow payment in BTC so you can load up your account funds that you can then use to pay domains.
Only restriction is that you have to make at least a BTC payment of 50$
