HYIP is mostly a scam anyway, no wonder he wants to sell it :-)
Are you telling hyip account got btc? First thing you should withdraw that money to your wallet then thing of selling. If your site already stopped withdrawal then those BTC are useless.
From what he posted in here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12001186 it seams that his btc balance is invested in
some form of investment plan of 35 days duration (which is a long time when talking about hyip legitimity)

I guess you could offer it in Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Goods > Digital goods (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0)
However i don't believe there's too much people that will be interested in such an account due to obvious reasons.
