If you are looking to cash out your bitcoins then you can find someone who will buy Bitcoins from you and will pay you cash in exchange of the same. Generally, you can ask your friends for such trade if they are willing to buy Bitcoin or you can use the sites like Localbitcoins to find the trader from your area, you can also sell it online on any exchange website. However, if you are looking for trading bitcoin with alt-coins then you should go with some reputed exchange.

There are loads of places you can trade bitcoin - one of the safest is coinbase where your money is insured up $250K.  Obviously something has to pay for that so you will find that the fees for trading are quite high and there are limited options (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Eth, Bitcoin Cash).  Most of the advice online steers towards Binance as the exchange of choice.

Please stay away from bittrex! Take a look in SCAM section of bitcointalk! I Any place that you choose to trade, just search for it in the scam section first. I know a lot of people that have been scammed. You've been warned!

Binance ,bittrex , Polonix are trusted bitcoin exchanges. But the trading is very risky and when you are new to field. before trading, you need good understanding about the market trends. Investing on ICO is better than trading.Daneel is very good ongoing ico.

This is done quite simply. If you think that the bitcoin rate will grow in the near future, go to the exchange and buy a crypto currency. Then, when the course really rises, you can sell it on the same exchange and withdraw money, bitcoin in bittrex.

Trading will help to learn market pattern. But trading is high risky. Bittrex and Poloniex are very good trading platform. Before you going trading there, you have to verify your account with KYC process.Unless you can deposit but you can withdraw. Binance is also good exchange and can withdraw up-to 2BTC with KYC(know your customer) process(this can depend on some other reasons also).

Some stable exchange are bellow,

Bitfinex, Bithumb,Cryptopia, Coinbase, Cryptopia, LiveCoin, Kraken, Yobit, and KuCoin.

I've heard it analogized many ways, but probably my favorite has got to be equating exchanges to "playing roulette with full cylinders"; there will be a problem, it's only a matter of when and how severe. I would suggest keeping little to no coins on an exchange and when they are on an exchange, if that is your only option for liquidation (which should be avoided, anyways) then cycle them through the exchange as quickly as you possibly can.

All this being said, I use Freewallet whenever I have the need for a quick cash influx for whatever random reason my ape brain decides is a good use of my coin. (it almost never is) I've never waited more than 2-days for a withdrawal, bitcoin price is pretty low, fees are almost non-existent.

I have accounts on Coinbase, Binance, Cryptopia, LiveCoin, Kraken, Yobit, and KuCoin. Why so many different ones? Sometimes the coin you want is only available on certain exchanges, but if you decide to only do bitcoin, you can probably just stick with a couple.

On most if not all exchanges currently available. I recommend reviewing the exchange you choose very carefully. Look out for long wait times or high expensive fees. You want an exchange that doesn't overcharge you or keep you waiting for too long.

it depends on your current location Poloniex , bittrex are first choice for many traders but long process to verify new accounts is very sad USA drama , that is why Binance.com is the best choice right now, i advice to go through 2 BTC limit for every account a day and it is too hot with 5 M+ traders.

Go on what we would call an exchange, for example binance, bittrex, poloniex

So many negative reviews on Poloniex. Binance is good, Bittrex probably too. Also, Kucoin is growing fast nowadays.

If you are only looking to trade between Bitcoin and Fiat, you can do it right from your wallet... It's the easiest way to trade, but sometimes exchange rates are ridiculous.

You can trade your bitcoin in bittrex.com also in poloniex and coinsmarkets.com but trading is risky because the token value is volatile as well but all you need to do is to be patient and wait until the value of token increases before you will sell it in order to earn big.

There's an abundance of Bitcoin and other cryptocurerrency exchanges. I don't know what you want to trade for (other crypto currencies? fiat?) so cannot really recommend any exchange. Check out coinmarketcap.com's markets section and do your research on each exchange, not all of them are reputable.
