if I am reminding myself correctly there is a site called the best exchange and there you can go to find those exchanges that could allow you to use visa, also there are some bots in telegram for that.

bitcoin is not friendly when it comes with debit or credit cards. because if you find a site accepts them. you will find very high fees even more than %25 sometimes. so you should search for alternative way to pay with it

Go to Cex.io, there you can easily buy bitcoins and some other altcoins with your visa or master debit and credit cards, That is a reliable exchange you will not face any issue there with your purchase.

The place where you can buy btc or other cypto coin with visa debit card are coinbase,CEX.io, Circle etc. But they will charge you for vat for sure and I think you should use paypal or other means of online payment. Coinbase accept paypal payment though

Coinbase accepts paypal payment now? I thought it was just for selling Bitcoins. I may have to check it out if they accept paypal to buy Bitcoins with then. But, I don't think that that's the case.

I think you should have to go to cex.io for buying bitcoins with your visa cerdit card, they also have much lesser fees for buying that. and the other way is that you can top up your Okpay payment processor or perfect money and can buy with them on Yobit.

CEX.io
Circle

I use the first one and it is pretty much immediate. Cant use circle yet because i'm not from uk/us

Circle worked well for me.
Do you know how much CEX.io charging and what cards are accepted?
Wirex also provides this but you have to have funds on their cards.
I think they charge $3.80 + 1.20% for deposit with Visa card.

I think if you get someguy over localbitcoins ready to accept neteller as payment than you can deposit neteller account with your card and trade that for bitcoin.
You can alternatevely try using purse.io, but you have read about how it works before you can actually do anything.

Is it not safe to buy and sell bitcoin on localbitcoin?

USA here.  I have used Circle now for almost a week, funding my account with a debit card.  The service has worked just fine, I convert my dollars to BTC for something like 1.5% (much lower fee than a BTC ATM).  My limit is $300 per week, but it looks like that can be raised in the future after using them awhile and supplying further ID / verification.

Bittylicious is a great place to buy/sell bitcoins using credit/debit cards.

Only works if you're in UK or anywhere in Europe though

I have a Wirex account with some btc in there. Whenever I want to sell my BTC, all I have to do is 'load' my card with bitcoin - this essentially converts my BTC into USD/GBP/EUR, depending which card I want to use.

I'm using the same card to buy stuff online, or withdraw from ATM.

I have seen that through the bitok exchange you can buy sell bitcoin through your visa debit card, maybe it is needed to pass the verification, also check for their fees if they fits your needs.

You can buy directly in coinbase using your visa card if you have a US bank. I'm not sure if it works for other countries.

You cannot use coibase with other countries debit cards, I know for sure, from personal experience.

If you have payza then you can easily buy bitcoins with your credit card, just top up your payza account with your card and then withdraw this balance to your Bitcoin wallet, The option for BTC withdrawal is available at Payza.
Yes, it is a better solution, and if payza is allowed at there then he can transfer his money from payza to bitcoin wallet without any exchange, and I think with Okpay this service is also available.

If you have any online payment processor then transfer your funds at there, and then in the currency exchange board find a suitable exchanger, I think it is the easy and secure method if you go with an escrow.

Join the question.

Banks don't want to process such kind of transactions without KYC policy. There is a lot of possibilities for fraudsters and chargebacks.
I know few projects that tried to make simple buying/selling of Bitcoin, but no success stories Sad

In the Currency exchange board, you can open a Thread to ask for someone who can sell you some bitcoin with your bank card, I think you will find someone at there within a short time.

I recieved a Spectrocoin debit card, it's working quite well. You can get a virtual one for about 50 cents, and a real, physical one for $9 (excluding shipping)

OP is asking how to buy Bitcoin or Altcoins using Visa debit card, he is not looking to buy debit cards.

Take a look at this thread OP, a similar question was asked there recently: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/want-to-buy-bitcoin-in-just-for-1second-with-debitcredit-card-1386586 and it has answers on that.

Apart from that coinmama.com and paxful.com  also offers buying BTC with debit/credit cards.

But I haven't used any of those services, so can't vouch for any.

No localbitcoins is not a good option.Recently,I came across this website https://unichange.me/ ,they do have a official thread in the forum I suppose. They do accept debit cards for BTC.What I like about this exchange,as soon you open their web page, they have  customer support chat box (which is not a bot). You can open the website ,have a discussion with them and clear all your doubts before transferring the funds.
