If I'm correct there is cex.io with ACH, at least it works for deposits. Otherwise, there is also Uphold according to this page https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/articles/206118653-Account-funding-withdrawal-costs-and-limits-Classic-Web-Wallet-

I haven't checked but doesn't Cash App do this? By mentioning beside Coinbase I don't know if you included Coinbase Pro but just to let you know it does ACH transfers.

Wire transfers are not the same thing as ACH[1] and while the former is supported by both exchanges, the latter is not[2].

Have you checked Bitstamp? I don't have an account, so I can't tell you for sure which payment methods are available for withdrawal (selling) but according to this, ACH should be supported for depositing funds.
