I work mainly with clients from Russia(and with the russians payment systems). But there may trade with foreigners too (OKPAY, WMZ).
Now just plan to start with the appropriate new topic with conditions... (original theme in Russian and with reviews from clients - in my signature)

Hi,

Just sent you a pm.

doubt it, because that would mean somebody is doing it free Wink
It happends. For example i often load BTC-E accounts (sell codes) for free (no commissions at all).
But this is not means i not make any profits from it.  Smiley (for example i take commission from other side - then somebody sells codes to me, or then it needed for my own profit trade on exchange)

where can you buy these codes?

From people/exchangers, if you can find a good price.

Well, there different kind of codes, usually for loading "Bitcoin" into the BTC-e.com Balance, but also for loading EUR or USD in your Balance, then, yes you can buy/sell on the website.
