I use Atomic Wallet  and you can purchase crypto with your bank card where ever you are in the world. It is a very easy and simple process. After purchasing, you can also store yout BTC in the wallet. Here is a guide on how to go about it https://support.atomicwallet.io/article/47-how-to-buy-cryptocurrencies-with-a-credit-card

So i guess you are German and maybe you will get some Information and help to get you your BTC in our German Local Board here as BitMaxz already have written : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=16.0
You are for sure welcome there and just ask what you want to do and how are the things that you expecting how to do .
You can make a Thread in the Anfänger und Hilfe section or look around if there is something already there that answer your question.

I think that there should not be any problems with this anywhere in the world except China, where they are especially sensitive to cryptocurrency and its trade. In other countries, one way or another, there should be no problems with the acquisition or sale. At the end of the day, there are always VPNs and other services that will help you bypass government prohibitive measures. (which usually just behaves idiotic) I think progress cannot be stopped and bitcoin, like other currencies, will take over the world within a couple of years and settle in the wallets of most sane people.
haha, very thoughtful

Did you try the P2P market? I suggest you use the p2p market to buy bitcoin with your local currencies. Here you can use a lot of payment processors. I don't know they are supported in your country or not but you can try

From here you can buy Bitcoin with debit or credit card also: https://paybis.com/

Actually even your a german you can buy cryptocurrency in exchangers just like for example binance, you can buy cryptocurrency using binance and you can just convert your fiat currency in your country and trade it into cryptocurrency. Another thing is that you can also ask some questions on the thread of Germany here in this forum and I'm pretty sure that there are people who will be able to answer your questions very well.
thank you for your information!

There are a lot of options, so you will find a lot of opportunities available, all you have to do is search for the best one.
How would you like to buy? Is it by bank transfer, debit cards or cash and do you want to get the currencies quickly or you are not interested in time.
Also, some do not like to reveal their identity, so using decentralized platforms like Localcryptos, Hodlhodl would be ideal for them.

Since you are an absolute newbie, I hope that you focus on safety, reliability and ignore the price and fees because they will improve as your experience increases.
yes, I agree with you, safety is the first. I think I may buy by bank transfer.
thank you!

Binance.com is also used heavily in Germany. There are other providers such as bitcoin.de, but that is a trading platform where you trade directly with the buyer or seller and the platform only manages the trade and charges a fee for it. Or Kraken.com is also a trusted provider

Bitcoin.de
Binance.com
Kraken.com
