Maybe the important element is now that you have failed, but it's how you react to that failure (taking lessons on board).
Failures are always be there, because without that failure we cannot see our mistake. We can learn more because of our failure, it is just a test for us, it make us more stronger. So to overcome it, don't give up, learn from your mistake, and always do your best and then god will do rest.
I overcome my failures just by keep going ,failures is part of our life it teach us to become more stronger. But if your weak your problem will be getting biger and bigger
No one is excuse Failure, in fact life without failure is impossible. And my own
understanding and experience on how to overcome failure is always be positive.

Failures is part of life, failures occures when we make mistakes. I've been there a lot of times i mean we all make mistakes right but with each mistakes we encounter we have to overcome it to become better, stronger. How to? Analyze it, ask yourself what, when and where or basically how did you fail, if you think your doing a pretty good job and you did fail, you have to surpass it even more. If you imply it to bitcoin you need to work hard, analyze everything.
Failures in what? Joining an ICO? if you mean trading. Well before I did had a lot of mistakes for not choosing the best coins in the market.
And another thing that I did is the very popular panic selling, when I see those coins that are on my list falling I don't know what to do before. I'm one of those people that are in FOMO so what I do is just sell it and don't care about my loss.

Your topic title doesnt correspond on the thing you do mention on here since failures doesnt have a origin but its just a result of not having a knowledge into things. Mistakes are normal since not all things in this world we do have knowledge or idea on it.Just want to ask on what particular mistake are you referring to? since there are lots of mistakes on different things but since you are on this forum then it might be mistake on trading,investing,wallet scam related or any loss of bitcoin or altcoins. If we are talking to trading then lack knowledge,skills and experience is the reason but yet later on we can overcome this thing.

What do you mean failures? Failure in trading? Well, if that yes I failed in investing on buying Ripple during the it was 0.00012k sats and now ripple was down below 4k sats if I am not mistaken. And now I learned from my mistake,
if you buy riple with price 12k satoshi and bitcoin price 3k dollar
and and sell riple price 4k satoashi, i think you not big lost money, but big lost bitcoin, in fiat money i think you only few lost money
