The token finished pre ico right at the end of 2017. It is not in forkdelta.
I do not know anything about JSE token. I have no idea. I heard first time. Do not sell it for a while.
try to sell on the stock exchange to find out which stock exchange trades this coin on the site https://coinmarketcap.com/. There you find your coins there, everything from the growth schedules to the exchanges on which this coin can be found.
if it is ERC 20 token and not listed anywhere , then you can sell it on etherdelta or forkdelta with help of contract address .
if it is already listed on other exchanges then sell there .
however there should be buyer too for buying it .
on coinmarketcap there is no such token with JSE symbol .
