I think majority of them do not cash out or exchange all the eth/btc collected during ico, at once, they cashout according to their needs, some projects, depending on their nature may cashout 100%, for that they use big volume exchanges or local exchanger, may be.

I believe the they cashout the regular way every crypto holder cashes out through exchanges and back account.
But given the forms for opening a corporate account on exchanges I have seen, I believe that the regulations and steps for ICOs cashing out are much stricter.

As far I can think off that it's not possible to cash out through exchanges to the bank account as the regular crypto users do.
Exchanges have limitations on how much a user can transact per day and as far as I know the limit is very tight.

Definitely, the ICOs uses multiple sources to cash out the large sum of funds.

When ICO's pull in their ten's of millions, where do they go to cash out?
If a team looking to cashout immediately after the ICO then it might be the scam because they were just started this project for the sake of earning money. But they also have to cashout as everyone do they need to exchange their crypto into fiat, but they need to pay the necessary tax if the amount was huge so most of them don't want to cashout they will keep as it is and uses it for future development of that project.

As far as i know the raised funds from these ICOs would be used to the development of the project,to follow their roadmaps cashing out these money would be a bad thing to have especially when the supply of the coin would be dumped ,all of the investors wont be able to get their investments back.ICOs are usually cashing out thru casinos, they are selling their bitcoins and ethereum to the gamblers i know it because i am selling to casinos too.

When ICO's pull in their ten's of millions, where do they go to cash out?
I think that they would wait many months after their project failed then they just exchange the coins through an exchange. It might be that basic.

Some are using BitcoinSuisse, some are using markets like Bitfinex, Kraken...
And using some of the fund for payment.

Probably they somehow withdraw their money through exchange offices, although now people are trying to legalize their rights more and more likely there are banks that cooperate very well with crypto-currencies.

When ICO's pull in their ten's of millions, where do they go to cash out?

Most of the funds generated from an ICO will be re invested into further developing the project. The information regarding the split of the token sales is often found on the whitepaper of a project. When you invest in ICO's you dont pay in Fiat, you send crypto, often Eth. If the owners wanted to cash this out, they would use an exchange such as coinbase, like you and I.

When ICO's pull in their ten's of millions, where do they go to cash out?
I think there are many options for the development of events.
1. They can sell people cryptocurrency for cash, because they are surrounded by this crypto of the world and can be as exchangers.
2. Can be deduced in Kraken, Gdax through bank transfers
3. Can pay services for cryptocurrency
There are a lot of options.

Since most of the ICOs have companies registered I would guess they just sell their coins on exchanges and then withdraw it to their company bank accounts directly.

The most important of all is that they don't cash it out, but use it to invest and pay for services needed or developers or anything else they need to run the project.
Agree with you)
Because when team thinking only about cash out - this is not at best project

Every country have their own trick and step, like at my country I'm use vip.bitcoin.co.id
on that market exchange I can sell coin with IDR (Indonesian currency)
after we Get IDR, I sent IDR from market exchange to my ATM card,
So that meaning, they get their money from bank, but not directly.
I think you should looking for recommended site to do it, which the best site at your country. and don't follow some people look suspicious. maybbe that can be fake site.  Kiss
and I hope thia little knowledge han give you an imagine how it work.
