Another way to determine what coin is going to pump is thru Chart. Its hard to analyze using the chart but here is my way to analyze an altcoin.

This forum also can help you which will pump. But be careful on choosing. Because some coins that they were hyping is just a pump and dump coin. Better chose long term than short term.

Could you please specify the list of Twitter accounts you use?
When you see multiple threads pop up in the altcoin section, you know whatever coin is the object of those threads is about to be pumped. Guaranteed. Usually they'll be in the form of some stupid question like "what do u guyz think about ___X". And someone is aiming to take your money with that coin, but if you get in early you certainly could profit from it. But I wouldn't hold those things for more than a few hours, because there is no real support behind any of them.
you have to be an insider. the last thing they're gonna do is broadcast their intentions to everyone else. i have no idea how you become an insider.
