Cryptoflip.epizy.com has some pretty up to date news along with some other good to know things. If you can get past the whole "color" scheme it seems like it's a legitimate site

Google is the best place to SEARCH for information. you can use the coinmarketcap for coin/token update. coin telegraph for new updates. you can get updates in this forum as well. there are are other online forum and websites like bitjournals, cryptonews and the rest for updates.

https://news.bitcoin.com/ always been my trusted source since long for any news related to bitcoins. Although, Coin Telegraph is also my another source but I always prefers the official bitcoin news website.
Also, on the one hand, CT has a higher Alexa Rank, with more than twice the audience and more backlinks. But news.bitcoin.com has less of a bounce rate and a twice higher avg. visit duration, which suggests that although they have a smaller audience, their readers interact with the content better and longer.

In English, I use "cointelegraph" because I really like their visuals and the articles are great !
In French, "Le journal du Coin" and "TheCointribune", because they are posting many articles every day about serious or funny materials.

Bitcointalk.org and Steemit are good too because you can see the reaction of people unlike a lot of websites which don't have a place to post comments about the article.

Finally,  classic newspaper, because it's always interesting to see HOW they understand the news and explain it to neophytes.
When you want to explain what is Blockchain and what you can do with it, it's easier when you know how people are thinking. And because a lot of people are not thinking by their own ... you need to read the classic newspaper.
So not the same goal but at the end you are aware of the latest crypto news.
Cointelegraph too, but this time that I'm active in my local board here in Bitcointalk. I was able to read more news coming from this forum. I was able to know whether there is basis or if its just a false accusations. This forum is really helpful even in getting news.

I am getting news on different platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and blogs. I usually go to https://www.newsbtc.com but there are lots of blogs out there just search crypto news on google. Beware some news are not true and fake some blogs are paid to post fake content. I just witness it with Binance in the previous year a blogging site publishing fake news against them. For cryptocurrency events, I usually go to coinmarketcal.

Hi, guys!
I need you opinion. Where do you usually watch/read latest crypto news? Some social media or Youtube channels maybe?
I'm new into it. I'm currently watching this channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnhjluPwcX_9SMB6Aryg1uQ
And I like it because they have great reportages from the conferences. But I'm looking for something new to watch. Any advices?

I'm using an app in order for me to receive news that are related to cryptocurrency market. Particularly, I'm using Berminal to watch to price of the market and to also monitor my portfolio. It has a lot of features such as notification that enables us to ascertain if our target profit were met. It's a multi purpose app that is beneficial for everyone regardless if you're a newbie or not.

I read the news on a news aggregator platform where people can upvote or downvote for the news they think are bullish, bearish, important, etc. Thereby I can quickly watch what are the most important news of the moment and if people think they will have a bullish or a bearish impact on the market https://cryptopanic.com
But I'm not sure it's still the aggregator with the biggest audience nowadays.

I just read the Press board on this forum as well as Bitcoin discussion. And since I'm subscribed to the /r/Bitcoin subreddit, it occasionally pops up in my feed. I think visiting crypto news websites is a waste of time, there's not much important stuff happening in this field, so they spend a lot of time covering the smallest possible news, often about some useless shitcoins. You're not missing out on anything if you spend less time reading crypto news, everything is already priced in, and if it's some truly important even, you'd read it from a lot of sources.

When it comes to the latest cryptocurrency news, I really like to read some blogs like coinelegraph or blockchain24. But I also recommend to do a little research on YT, some videos are just stupid but there is also some good content. For example, check out one of the latest SideChain video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83JnxuUUJ5o, it's one of the most basic channels on YT for traders imo

Here (bitcointalk) is still my best bet, i noticed that most new projects have their announcement accounts here on bitcointalk in order to gain more audience, however, i also consider steemit and reddit as a good option too because almost 80percent of contents there are crypto related.

Make your own news feed with Twitter. Find people and groups that you rate and you'll have a constantly refreshing source. I rarely check websites myself and if you're following the right people they'll send you to the most informative articles and information sources. If you have the right list then you save yourself a vast amount of time and up the quality of information.

I don’t really rely upon one particular site, as you got to keep looking up on multiple sources. And often that’s sensible too, because you just can’t get the results in your favour by following every news randomly. One EASY source for me is https://cryptolinks.com/cryptocurrency-news, as there I get all top links, which pretty much simplifies my job and can take better decisions. I pretty much begin my day through this only and after I am certain about the possible scenarios, I proceed.

Yes, twitter is a good platform to follow crypto personalities. At least you hear it directly from them not from some crypto related website that might have spin it off. You may also wanted to try a crypto related news aggregator such as - https://faws.com/, you can filter which news you wanted to read.

I agree, I use Twitter a lot.

https://[Suspicious link removed]/w6Z5Qt

Eventually articles on Coindesk/Cointelegraph etc also get linked, but I think Twitter is good for weeding out the crap from the actual useful stuff.

I also am subscribed to the daily Unbankd newsletter, they always have 3 in depth views on news events that have happened over the past 24hours, combined with a few URL's to some other less news worthy happenings of the day. I find this easy to get a quick overview of the most important events of the day.

Just hit Google search with the term "Bitcoin" and you will see recent news about bitcoin.

It's way more better than following only a certain site because sometimes they aren't updated. At least by using the search results, you will see lots of news from different sources. No worries about being encountered a sh*t news as I know you are matured enough to know how to deal on what you read on the internet.

Let me share my little experience on how i got most latest news on crypto and the crypto community.

I started as a newbie reading white papers of newer projects and ICO's, then I got to know some bits and gist about the community.  Later on i got to know of cryptoslate website, hackermoon, newbium and steemit and of course bitcointalk forum. This has being my humble beginning.  I will urge that you read wide and broad on everything so that you become more abreast with issues.

If you're interested in knowing everything whether It's important or not then I guess going with BitcoinMagazine, Bitcoinist, Coindesk and similar news sites is fine.

However, If you just want to keep an eye on only important things, I highly suggest subscribing to subreddits as suggested above.
