Anytime I see someone trying to scam I report it with the report button but it results in only my accuracy getting dropped, the posts don't get removed because I think there's a rule that "Moderators do not remove likely scams" and and then I get logged out right after I report one. 
So should I just overlook and don't pay attention to likely scams (it would be hard for me to do that) or just make red warning post in the thread or.. What should I do?

If you strongly believe someone runs a scam attempt you could give him/her a -ve trust feedback to warn others. Also post your proofs in Scam Accusations board.
