Yeah, you'll get 6 - 0.36345732 back in your wallet in about 24 hours when the invalid transaction is purged from Blockchain.info. It'll appear like this transaction never happened, because it didn't.

UPDATE:
Transaction has disappeared and the coins are part of my balance.

So the return time is about 24 hours? ( and I'm assuming the double spend will not return to me)

Yes, to me it didn't seem like an issue with SD.
The double spend thing confused me. I did some research on it, but I have no idea how it happened to me, it was unintentional of course.

EDIT: Ahhhh, yes I did have more than one tab of blockchain info open.

Yeah, only play with one tab/window of Blockchain.info's wallet open, otherwise this will happen. Luckily, the transaction will disappear in 24 hours. If you need the bitcoins sooner than that, you can export the private key (in Sipa format) and import it into another client/e-wallet that will accept private keys.

You somehow got a double spend as one of the inputs to that bet

Did you send a transaction fee with it?
It seems he did.

I have been playing the wonderful SatoshiDICE.

Recently, I sent a bet of 6 BT.
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/14173557/323280419cd8572d2d56f55268f0266f097e95db35f3bf450f0a3e031c7b8be2

But, SatoshiDICE does not regonise this transfer on their lookup page.
Also, many hours later, it has not been confirmed.

What has happened with my BTC? Did they just disappear?
This is not an issue with SD.
If it's not confirmed in a day, it'll be returned to your wallet. (Not too sure about the exact duration, but it's not lost)

I'd contact those with SatoshiDice about it instead of posting here.
