I mean same RPC methods - generatenewaddress, listransactions
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_calls_list

May I know what's your purpose of collecting these list of "Bitcoin based" crypto?

I can only name one additional project, XMAS, though it's just a project for fun and it's doesn't really have any fundamental value.

Hi all!

How can I get list of all bitcoin-based cryptocurrencies  such as Dash, Dogecoin, Litecoin, what else ?

does ist actually still matter weather cryptocurrency is bitcoin based?
Hi,

I think it does matter since 99.9% of cryptocurrencies have the same coinbase as Bitcoin (namely Ethereum and Stellar hasn't, maybe some others too) and not having the same codebase means having built something sustainable from scratch without reusing a working solution. I think it means more work (even if some have taken the same codebase but did a lot of work).

As of May 2016 they are tracking a total of 710 cryptocurrencies. Of those, 667 are based on Bitcoin's code, which is 94%!

I think that this is the most accurate you can get. There are a lot of branches of branches of branches of various versions of Bitcoin from which a lot of new coins were created and branched again. And then there are the forks of those. There are so many known or obscure coins in the list I don't think that there was anybody able to maintain such a list.

To add to the list: Dogecoin, I think Magi Coin too
Coins that are not Bitcoin based (or at least I think they're not) : Ethereum, the CryptoNote coins (Monero and co), possibly Ethereum, Waves, .., almost surely Byteball and the DAG family.

Edit: that mapofcoins website, although a little outdated, it's awesome.

Cashback 15%
Regarding Bitcoin (blockchain) hard forks, there's a comprehensive family tree over here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/descending-family-tree-of-bitcoin-2597083

Apart from that the mapofcoins as posted by AdolfinWolf should provide you with a good overview. While not quite up-to-date I don't think any relevant alt directly forked off the Bitcoin codebase after 2017 anyway (apart from the blockchain hard forks), with many recent alts being built upon different codebases.

Hmm. I'm also trying to figure out what exactly you mean by "Bitcoin-Based", you mean every coin that is forked/cloned from BTC' codebase, or simply using the same SHA-256 algorithm?

For algorithms, you could use https://cryptorival.com

In the past there was a site called; https://mapofcoins.com/bitcoin/ which showed which coins were a fork/based on bitcoin, but it seems to be dead now. Maybe there are some archived versions somewhere?

Ofcourse, this was over 2 years ago, so things are probably very different now.
