Yeah, a lot of the Chinese exchanges have lots of volume.

I beleive its more popular in Gambling and betting books which mostly online and its have no boundries for any thing

Scandinavia, I'd say, especially Finland and Iceland. Also, there are quite a few B&M bitcoin merchants in well-known locales, such as Kreuzberg, Berlin, and pockets of San Francisco, for example. Bitcoin-accepting merchants are slowly beginning to crop up all over the place; how much business they are actually doing that is denominated in bitcoin is another matter of course. Baby steps...
