Op, if you looking for an online wallet which allows you to acces and backup your private keys then Blockchain.info is the best option.

I have used wallet BTC from btc.com, but i could not found the private key and the wallet always changing. It was becoming problem for me, because i could not made backup. About your question now , It's not possible to get your private keys . In fact , having access to them wouldn't make sense as the wallet use both Multi-Signature and HD Technology and Multi sig wallets are made to give you access to only one private key and the other by someone else (the service in this case) . It is difficulty of problem, there are not features for take private keys,sign massages and other on btc.com, because it is new service and there are not many review about it, the best way for you is with change the wallet to other.

As know they did not give the private key but before using a new wallet you are required to download the backup wallet.Download Your Wallet Backup Before you start using your new wallet, please download the document below backups

I guess that's not a very well known wallet you are using and maybe don't offer to import your private keys. Maybe it works just like coinbase. I don't know much about it as I don't use it but my advice is to start using desktop wallets.
Desktop wallets are safer than online wallets and your private keys never leave your PC. Just make sure to install such wallets in a clean PC not infected by any malware.
