Most easiest way to get the profile link is by clicking on Profile\Show general statistics for this member and copy the link it takes you to.
Its will look something like this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/acriflavin-2607301
2607301 is your profile UID.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/acriflavin-2607301 : This is your profile link.
