If he's busy, he can entrust to someone else to do the auction for a while.

I'm offering myself  Grin  Cheesy  Grin  Cheesy

I'm sure there is no shortage of folks who would want to do that job.  Smiley

Maybe he is just busy. Hope he is not arrested.
LOL. He posted from his "away" account just earlier today.
--snip--
- I will end the auction at an arbitrary time no more than 12 days from now. (I will probably end the auction 1-3 days before the ads are scheduled to go up.)
--snip--
As is posted in the auction rules the auction ends up to 3 days prior to when the ads go up so it being 48 hours since you have paid him would not be unusual.

I highly doubt that he is going to scam you out of 4.3 BTC as this would stop his ability to continue selling forum ads

Of course it's not scam. Hope he is just busy.

That's why I created a topic.
I have never won the forum auctions so I really don't know what is 'normal' for him to say in those PM's however I do know that the payment is due within 24 hours of the auction ending so that may have been him expressing the urgency of paying on time (a collection tactic).

The fact that he was posting from his 'away' account implies that he is probably away from his home/office for a somewhat prolonged period  (on vacation etc.)

We did a project for over a year and a bit of a shame that advertising is delayed. But I hope it will soon begin.

We won advertisement auction (17.2 btc) in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=938787.120
but Theymos does'nt answer in PM and does'nt update our ads (48 hours passed).

Everything is okay with him?
Thanks.
