You can use Cryptsy as already been recommended by others . I had few problems there but customer service solved it .

Yeh, customer service is quite good and gets back to quickly. There are some bugs with login sometimes however you can alleviate it by clearing cache and not caching for the website for like 10-15 minutes or so.

Cryptsy has an easy conversion feature and is probably the most open exchange at this point.

Cryptsy. Even with all their problems, at least you know who they are and where they are.

Where should you change all your coins for bitcoins?
COins like: dogecoin, mooncoin, earthcoin, dimecoin, graincoin, mintcoin, coinyecoin, flappycoin, noblecoin, ...
Is there a place you can recommend?

I use cryptsy. They support a wider range of coins than others. But their service is not consistent. On this matter, I am not sure who is the most reliable.
