been trying to participate on bounty campaigns for quite a while now and as everyone knows, most of the ICO's have their own Telegram groups. just wondering, where and how could we possibly apply for an admin position in TG group of ICO's? is it possible to be hired even if I'm only at Jr.Member rank?

any information or advice will be much appreciated, thank you

In this thread you can take a look some bounty managers was offering  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=198.0

The first thing you need to do is  to make a perfect resume with your details such as qualifications, experience, skills etc.. and you need to submit your resume to bounty manager.if they like your resume they will contact you.

For Admin of telegram:

*You need to have experience in cryptocurrency and  blockchain.

*A good English writing and communication skills.

*Be active on all time and need to manage and answer there questions.

As of I know this I am sharing and I think this will help you.

Look for agencies hiring Community Managers on websites like crypto.jobs
As a hiring manager for PowerLaunch -- I know it's a good source for work that pays in crypto, that's where we post our job openings.
It's typically better to work for an agency as the agency will negotiate with the projects and keep sending you a steady flow of work -- and in turn they will pay you in BTC or ETH most times. You won't have to worry about being payed in tokens that may not have any value in the future.

Most bounty campaigns are posted by official Bounties (Altcoins) section. There are some different campaigns per ICO (Signature, translation, content creation,  social media etc). The bounty managers were given a google form to register campaign by campaign. You have to fill it to register.

It is possible, but not in main group, but in some local chats or something like this.
Find a bounty you like, try to be careful and show your good manners. Probably for the first days you will be work for experience, but many of users do it

In fact, these days are so many shitty coins and tokens, I don't think it would be difficult for you to get a deal as Telegram Admin with some of them. Just take into account that they'll want to pay you with their tokens, which may never be listed on any exchange or may be dumped so hard they'll be worth almost nothing.

If you had more experience you could try and convince good projects to be their bounty manager, but that's something reserved (or it should be in most cases) to the very best who have shown already their skills before and that don't go away with the money.

I mostly see them of Services and Marketplace(Altcoins) but if its posted on Altcoins then don't expect to get paid with bitcoin. They would pay you with their tokens.

If they'll hire someone that has no experience then that's risky for them but you can try it. Also try to look on freelancing websites, maybe they are also there.

It's very unlikely for projects to hire a random person online as an admin, regardless of rank; probably unless you're a significantly trusted person in certain communities. Why are you trying to be a Telegram group admin anyway?
