Could anybody explain to me what a satoshi test is?
I really can't find any good answers on how it provides safety in a trade.
Thanks in advance.

I assume they mean that you need to prove your ownership of bitcoin by sending a small amount from your wallet, or signing a Tx from your wallet. Then the seller can see that you own a wallet with the funds you claim to have.

It's not safer, it just proves that this person is capable of filling the order. The only way to spend or sign from a wallet is with the controlling private key.  for example, the link below proves that this address controls 0.1 BTC. If I were to send you a tiny ammount from that wallet I have proven my control of 0.1BTC.

Buyers offer you 100k BTC, and you wonder does he have all?
He send you 1 satoshi and you can find via any bitcoin blockchain explorer does this wallet have that amount or not.
hope now it is more clear for you.

One seller  Grin on here can shift 200,000 BTC a day. You can contact him on his telegram (Nigeria time zone only)

The old scams were much better, box of gold in a trunk and dead bank account needing moved.

We're a U.S. based fund that represents several investors looking for extremely large lots of bitcoins (50,000+). Our investors are looking to connect direct to investors via escrow versus trading platforms directly. Is anyone familiar with this or ways to contact large bitcoin holders?

Please PM me.

Thanks

nice to meet u.    my english is not good.  Have a little patience please

i wanna be a broker   .

and   i  know some brokers  have lots of  bitcoins for selling.

they want to make  deal   F2F in HK law firm, and check the kyc pof  poc in hk  f2f.

some seller's broker , want check pof first. before pof, they can do a NCNDA,

after  confirm the POF BY bank, they can do  POC. and  do a proper  satoshi  test.

last,  fly to HK  ,make the deal, ,BY LAW FIRM.

you also can send a  lawyer   or broker  to Hongkong,   its easy to get what you want. thanke you.

If you are interested, my telegram is  @Arthur_kr   WEchat: artist_sky

 Thank you for your patience

I've met some suppliers from HK. Most of them preferred f2f deal instead of wire transfer via escrow. Don't know why. Maybe government will claim it like a fund leaks from country, or what?

em.    may be they want to Control the situation.  dont want passing  broker。

though they make deal   F2F, also need escrow, like bank or law firm.

may be it is the Reason, thank you。

I can hardly assume that f2f is necessary especially if you gain no trust until your first case has been successfully conducted

Seems like the average IQ score on this forum is dropping..
Isn't it lovely to see scammers trying to scam eachother? One wants to buy for half a billion dollars in Bitcoin, the other one wants to sell it. Neither one of them owns anything, and either one of them will have a very good day if they manage to scam someone for 100$.

Newbies used to try to buy/sell (read: scam) for small amounts, but for some reason they now try half a billion dollars at a time Cheesy

Too funny - a lack of spelling and punctuation aside, perhaps the OP / others are using the European style to say fifty bitcoins where they use the comma instead of the full stop as is used by westerners?

Yeah but shouldn't that be 50,00 instead? lol  Grin

latest when you say i need a proof of fund or proof of wallet you will never hear something from this people  Wink

but if there are serious buyers or sellers and can also give the proofs which we need than please contact me - [email protected]

we can give the pof or kyc or others.

Buyer can have their lawyer officer handle all the notary, we just need to have our commission proof letter

then we can connect with buyer  lawyer and seller lawyer.

no one need pay  anything, like travel expenses , the escrow fees, legal fees, we wont pay it to anyone.

Grin you right.
I assume that one of them ask 500-1k USD for the travel expense or something like that.
 Grin

Some sort of 419 scam for sure. If not travel expenses then the escrow fees, legal fees, etc. etc..

I quick google for OTC services would be a better option than hoping to find a few billionaires on the forum.

your prime option for amounts like that is OTC places like circle and genesis trading, but it looks like OTC is booming so you might be competing with alot of other buyers. the main alternative is to park yourself on several exchanges and drip buys over a few weeks or look at the daily auctions on gemini.com.
