There is some web wallet that allow you to buy some bitcoin using your credit card or by internet like an e-money/e-wallet service like neteller, but you should use xapo to buy bitcoin using neteller.
Anyways , the best way to bitcoin some bitcoin is to make deals with people which they live around of you, or you can simply use localbitcoin or in Currency exchange in this forum, you can find people who can exchange for you.

Keep in mind that you don't actually have to buy Bitcoin to benefit from the price movements. There are plenty of brokerages that started offering Bitcoin CFD-s. You don't actually own BTC in that case but you gain or lose money the same way if you would. The advantage is that most brokers are regulated in comparison to most Bitcoin wallets. Also, liquidity is better for brokerages and it doesn't freeze like Coinbase tends to when you need it the most...
actually if you are interested in bitcoin then you need to purchase bitcoin, because if you are going to make make through other ways then you have to wait for a long time. for example you want to make money from signature campaign so signature campaign can give you a limited amount of bitcoin but signature campaign therefore it is better to purchase bitcoin and use it for trading.

You can try localbitcoins to purchase bitcoin with suitabke preffered payment methodm You can also purchase bitcoin with your credit/debit card but it will go to manual verification and may take some time for confirmation. If you want fast bitcoin, you can try purchasing bitcoin with paypal, perfect money, bank wire tramsfer, etc.

You might aswell buy bitcoin from exchanges like Bitstamp, but keep in mind all these sites have high fees.
What high fees? Bitstamp only takes, like, 0.2%.

I usually buy bitcoin using coinbase, the exchange rate is closer to market. I feel this is the best choice if you don't mind identification and smaller buying limits at first, the limits will be increased by time.

My second choice will be localbitcoin but the exchange rate seems to be worst off as compared to coinbase.

If you're looking for a wallet to buy bitcoin you should take a look at Coinbase. You might aswell buy bitcoin from exchanges like Bitstamp, but keep in mind all these sites have high fees.

You might aswell take a look at localbitcoins for P2P transactions, it's pretty safe and fees aren't that high (depending on what kind of payment you plan to use). If you wish to pay lower fees, you might look at buying directly from other people (and make sure to use a reliable escrow, scams in the bitcoin world happen often)
