Check out CoinDeal (https://frontend.coindeal.com/market/BTC-USD/)

Also, if you deposit BTC onto your CoinDeal account using the Bech32 standard (addresses starting with “bc1”), you can enjoy 50% lower fees on BTC payouts.

Personally I buy Bitcoin from my peers. P2P method is the safest and is done easily with no fees whatsoever.  You buy according to the USD conversion rate of my country.  Safest,  surest,  sometimes,  even fastest method of buying Bitcoin.

If you asked me how I buy bitcoin, I used our local wallet. I find it almost the same and hassle free, I know the fees can sometimes hurt but it's worth the try. If only there are Bitcoin ATM available in our place then it would be easier for us. For other crypto currencies then I use a exchange platform as most of them are not available on our local wallet providers.

The cheapest way i have experienced is peer to peer method where you have the opportunity to negiotiate well enough. But then you have to be careful with this method.

My favorite choice is to buy right here on bitcointalk, there are many reputable sellers and buyers, just make sure to check their previous feedback.  This is your best option to get around paying high fees at places like local bitcoins.  Side tip: Always cost average in your buys to hedge your risk

That depends on which payment method you are using to buy BTC. If you use exchanges almost every exchange have fees. I think the best way to buy bitcoin without giving any fees to third-party exchanges is To Buy bitcoin on local bitcoin. Otherwise, You have to pay from 1% to 5% in fees. But be careful when dealing with local bitcoin users as there are so many scammers already in the platform. Create your own Ad on LBC platform and buy below market price or Market price.

Another way to buy bitcoin Use PayPal. There are some people in the currency exchange section of this forum Selling bitcoin 1:1 Rate. But start from the low account until you prove that you're not scamming.

What about cheapest fee platform to use?

It will depend on the payment method on various platform, you can try to buy your bitcoin at Binance it's 3.5% per transaction I think it has the lowest fee for buying bitcoin in a platform. It's better to buy bitcoin here than the most online platform.

Great recommendations mate, aside from binanace in my own experience Poloniex is one of the trusted platform you can buy bitcoin with lower transactin fee than to others.

Well, P2P buying is the most suitable as in this method of buying you have to pay very low fees or even no fees. As in this crypto is directly bought from the seller, so there's a great chance of getting being scammed. So, a lot of trust issues arises in peer to peer buying without a trustful seller...

P2P is the best way to buy Bitcoin if you are looking for less fee or no fee. But you have to compromise on the Buying price as it tends to be on the higher side. The easiest way is to Buy it from an Exchange but you have to pay a fee. I am not sure which exchange charges less. You can do a search on Google and you should find an answer.

It often happens that people trying to save pennies lose all their money. It may not be worth saving on commission and unsafe means of exchange and using more proven sources? Now cryptocurrencies for Fiat money can already be bought using VISA cards. The only thing that you can advise you if you really decided to save on the purchase is to search for people on the forum with a reputation who live in your country. Perhaps you can negotiate a direct exchange for fiat with them. I used to sell cryptocurrency in my country a couple of times.

You can buy Bitcoin for people who provide Bitcoin trading services. I think there are some people in each country that open the service. Of course this can prevent you from the high fees on the exchange site.

Try buying at CoinSwitch their fee is too less and also you can buy 100+ crypto currencies through credit card.

They have mentioned the below lines on there FAQ page: https://coinswitch.co/#What-is-CoinSwitch-transaction-fees
CoinSwitch charges a fee of 0% to 0.49% depending on the exchange you select for your transaction. The conversion rate you see is inclusive of the fees.

If you are running from fees you can always look for someone who sells bitcoin in person. There are alot of them in some facebook marketplace or if you personally know someone who have bitcoin you can ask them if they are willing to sell for  you.
Besides Facebook, I think localbitcoin could the best places for him to buy bitcoin. I always suggest this for new people who want to buy bitcoin, or I suggest him to buy a local exchange which available in his country.
The other best way to buy bitcoin is from his friends as you say because we don't have to worry if they will scam us.
You don't have to think about the fees because it's not too big and it's a small fee.

This is not a problem in out country.

You see, we are using one of the most popular exchange wallet in our country. You can transact BTC for free to anyone as long as they are using the same wallet. So if you are in our country, better use coins.ph since you will be able to send BTC freely, you will be able also to convert your BTC to fiat but that is where the fees are coming. You can even pay some of your bills through it.

I will be more concerned with security and genuineness when purchasing my bitcoin rather than cheapness
There are various ways to get your bitcoin with different prices
*exchanges some exchanges fee are lower than some so you can research on it
*off exchange that is purchasing it form some one but you would need an escrow here

Yeah if you know someone, that is the lowest possible one.

If not, you will most likely become victim of a scam if you don't use a scrow. localbitcoins is pretty good, not too much hassle and from my point of view, the fees are pretty low.

Where should I buy my bitcoin with cheapest fee possible?  Huh

Thank you.

Prefer to trade on purchase on a platform.
Don't think about it where to bu bitcoin with the least amount of fee, think about it where to buy bitcoin with the most secure way, people really try so hard saving up a dollar or too and they end up being scammed because of it so they go on these shady websites and the get scammed and than they start complaining about it, my advice for you don't risk your money and go around looking for a way to buy with less fee, just go and buy from coinbase or any other trusted websites, they difference in the fees is not that high to be taken in consideration.

Thank you that is very true I want to buy BTC with USD in japan, but no option.
Since this was the story behind you wanted to buy Bitcoin, I will advice you to follow the statement but I wonder you choose not to buy the bitcin from Liquid which is a Japanese crypto to fiat exchange. However, you can try kraken, binance, coinbase pro or buy direct from a green trust member of this forum but if we are talking of crypto to crypto best exchange which you'll see Bitcoin at the best rate in market Yobit is the answer.

If you don't want to pay the fee then look for a person that would sell off his/her BTC to you .
I have some friends who done it before they sold their crypto (BTC and ETH) to some local buyers .
But I guess it would only happen if the buyer and seller both wants to cut some fee from a huge transaction.

The above mentioned sites are good to buy btc especially localbicoin because you can find your local sellers there to trade with, mind you try to apply caution so you don't fall in the wrong hands, maybe you are unable to access exchange otherwise it is best to buy from recognize exchange as you are more secure doing so.

Have you herd p2p trading? That kind of trading excluded exchangers which charge fee's so meaning you don't have to pay for fee's for the withdrawal and for buying and selling. p2p is trading to other people it will be cheap for sure especially when that people needed it.

Peer to peer trading is probably the cheapest as you'll be avoiding third-party fees (the exchange). How cheap can it be will depend on the payment method you're going to use.

It is true that peer to peer will not be charged fees from exchanges, but it is quite difficult to find someone who can be trusted in direct trading. But hopefully you can find it in the topic marketplace in this forum.

It is very interesting to.know where to get or buy cheap bitcoins. Well, actually there are but it might be risky also. Thus, there are escoroe service sell their bitcoin cheaper compared to the exchanges, there are miners also that can provide bulk orders of bitcoin. Just be careful in trading users here in bitcointalk. If you wish you can use escoroe service. This is way better than doing p2p transactions.
That is why I would prefer to buy on exchange or else buy on some trusted user here in forum, if I am on your position I would prefer to buy on some trusted user here.

You can get a cheaper deals on other but the risk you are going to take will increase.

The best places to buy Bitcoin with either  cheapest fee or no fee at all  are mostly the local platforms available in your country that provide buying and selling of Bitcoin directly with people who either want to sell or buy Bitcoin. A good example of these platforms is the localbitcoin platform which provide a diverse number of people from different part of the world either selling or buying Bitcoin.  Also some exchange platforms provide cheaper fee for buying bitcoin such as coinbase.

The problem is that I wish to purchase BTC with USD in Japan. It is a dead end.

On some known exchanges (verified / trustable) there are specific fees for each country.
Check out Coinbase fees and see if it pleases you. It has some very low fees while others are almost as 100% more expensive:

I recommend peer to peer trading platforms. Localbitcoin is my favorite. There is only withdrawal and deposit fees which is around 0.00015 satoshis per transaction. I think it works in many countries as I am from India I never experienced any problem using localbitcoin. It is trusted and most of the time you would get good deals.

What about cheapest fee platform to use?
If you want to buy Bitcoin for fiat (especially not USD/EUR/KRW but some less popular fiat), you might not have many options to choose from. You can try setting a deal with someone on this forum with the usage of an escrow service. I think it costs something, but probably not much. If you are okay with buying Bitcoin for USD, you can choose one of the exchanges that has this trading pair from this list: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#markets. It's also helpful that on coinmarketcap you can click on the exchange and find the info about fees fast.
I prefer to use local exchanges listed on https://www.bestchange.com/, it works best for my local fiat (the fee is around 3%, sometimes a bit higher).

I recommend that you go to Localbitcoins.com, there you can make your offer and wait until someone seems your price and decide to make the trade, what if I advise you is to look at the reputation of the person so you have more security . There is also another platform called Uphold, which is quite acceptable in terms of security, since it is managed from a third party, and until the money is received, the Bitcoins can not be released, and in case of canceling and not paying, the same platform is responsible for paying the debt.

Be careful when looking for places to buy with the lowest fees because you could get scammed just because you wanted to get a 0.5% smaller fee. Normally the fees are around 1-5% at almost all popular exchanges available so if you want to buy medium amounts it should make a big difference.

I usually use LocalBitcoins to purchase BTC for the lowest price possible and never faced any problems whatsoever in this case. I usually sellers with 100% rating and choose the best rate and complete the deal through various payment methods(IMPS etc) instantly.

Do your research before choosing the seller though op.

Here in the U.S. LocalBitcoins is heavily monitored, so I have avoided that website. Some sellers have even been imprisoned for violating money transmission laws. I believe there was a case of a buyer having issues, too. I just pay the somewhat inflated fee that Coinbase charges, but I'd like to see competition drive the fees down.

Why do you force yourself to buy BTC with USD when it's much easier and convenient for you to buy using your own currency (Yen).

what do you mean fee? you can try to buy on the market using USDT, you can set your buy price as you want, so you can buy at any price that you want. or you can find your bitcoin seller or people that want to sell their bitcoin
He probably means the trading fees or withdrawal fees either way you'll have to pay for both. Some exchange have lesser fees but the rates could be worse though.

I think you don't have to bother about the fee because the fee is not too high. No matter where you buy bitcoin, I think the fee is almost the same, and my advice is you only need to choose the recommended place or recommended sellers to buy bitcoin. No need to think about the fee because when you can make a profit, then the fee will not be a problem because you already cover the fee with the amount of your profit.

I would suggest you buying by indodax
Go back to the local board mate!  Grin
Indod*x might be the best exchange in our country, but it's nothing if we talk about international exchanges. The withdrawal fee is high, and we must do stupid KYC/AML.
The easiest way is to use changenow/changelly/shapeshift or similar service, and the cheapest way is buying from a friend.
Some say Tradeogree has a cheap withdrawal fee, but I never use it so I don't know.

The best way to eliminate additional fee is possible finding a trader who wish to sell bitcoin directly in exchange of fiat. This is possible through our forum's exchange services section. You could find the trader and make the direct trade, and for trust it is a must to have an escrow. If there is no escrow then it's purely the high risk involved trade in my view.

It is also better if OP can go for local friends or known people who trade BTC and sell them directly as he can easily negotiate his terms with the people he knows better instead of risking his money even with an escrow because I don't really trust escrows in cases where buyers would ask me to go for their preferred escrow. I have got many good people through instashift (direct contacts) and now, I easily sell/buy through them at 'average' market value I of paying higher because I can negotiate and convince the buyer to get to my price.

On exchanges and platforms where you can buy Bitcoin with credit card you will pay certain fee but at least you can have certain security and confidence.
You can also choose some seller on localbitcoins and that might be cheaper and more convenient for you but also with bigger risk. So it's up to you to decide. I would always choose confidence.

Where should I buy my bitcoin with cheapest fee possible?  Huh

Thank you.

As the members mentioned above, it depends on your country but if you get some positive trust in this forum it is easy to do transactions with zero fees.

So the cheapest way is P2P transactions with a trusted member on this forum using a native segwit address "Bech32."
As for platforms, the rule says: the more docs (KYC & AML) are submitted the lower fees.

If you want to exchange from any exchange site it depends over which exchange site you use for exchange your cryptocurrency, peer to peer is best I think for decreasing transactions fee! so you can try for peer to peer exchange with local bitcoin holders.

Looks like you're from China, had you tried Houbi? It's 3rd largest biggest exchange in China yet they offer 1.5% fee via OkPay and 1% if you do international wire transfer. You can try this if kyc is not a big deal for you since they require identity verification.

On the other hand, there's also Bitfinex with insanely 0.1% fee via wire transfer. However, I won't recommend this as it was recently hacked and the funds are still not fully compensate to its user. Try this at your own risk.

Peer to peer trading is probably the cheapest as you'll be avoiding third-party fees (the exchange). How cheap can it be will depend on the payment method you're going to use.
This is the best option for you if you are looking to avoid fee then you have to do a peer to peer buying, because the sender will bear the burdens of sending fees, if not on the exchange the miner decide the fee you pay because the exchange will definitely take the fee from you purchased amount before sending your balance to you.

I've tried an Indian exchange for the first time and its name is instashift, they usually charge you 0.5 - 1% in fee and are almost instant as the orders are met and they work as escrow handling everything for you and making it easy for you to get/sell your coins. If you want a better one, try efin's DEX as there won't be any fee for you to purchase and sell your crypto there. For credit card purchases, Coinbase is currently my first preference.

I would suggest you buying by indodax because they offering us when we buy/sell and we as a customer making a marker for the coins indodax will not include the fee trading for the marker ( We got 0% fee for marker order ).

"The benefit you get when you become a market maker is that you don’t have pay for the transaction fee (0% fee) for your buy/sell order, and you can determine your own sell or buy price. but, the downside is, you must wait until the bitcoin price moe towards your determined price."

Cheapest fee? If you are going to buy bitcoin at some remittance center or convenience store you will high charges because they are only also an agent. I think you can buy cheapest fee in bitcoiner who have or owns a bitcoin because you will only pay the service charge to transfer the bitcoin in to your wallet. And you can also negotiate for the price unlike in the agents who will give you a fix price.

It depends on your location and a platform that you're going to use. You can also use coinbase pro where you can withdraw digital assets for free. There are also helpful techniques on the internet that you could use. Just be eager to do some research and try to look for a cheaper payment method.

What about cheapest fee platform to use?

It will depend on the payment method on various platform, you can try to buy your bitcoin at Binance it's 3.5% per transaction I think it has the lowest fee for buying bitcoin in a platform. It's better to buy bitcoin here than the most online platform.

To avoid fee fees. My advice is you can make a purchase in the form of a voucher. Many sell bitcoin vouchers. And the fee is not too expensive. Please try it.
