Thank you for recommending coinedup, but I didn't happen to see a BTC/USD exchange. I am mainly looking to do exchange with users, if anyone knows of any other sites, forums or threads, where I can do this, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Changing BTC to USD/other real-life currency is difficult. You'd better find a reliable local company to help you.

I think the prices in coinedup are reasonable.

Thank you all for the good advice. I will be trying out the sites you all have mentioned. I have looked at localbitcoins, but their sellers are asking for about 30% or more of the market value. If you guys happen to know of any forums that offer a seller to seller marketplace, please refer it to me. Thanks

You can buy coins from miners or sell your coins in coinedup. It is free of trade handling charges. I have recent got some coins trapped in coinedup, and I got the support and solution within 24 hrs.

Thanks for the replies. I'm trying to find miners that are looking to sell or just anyone that is trying to sell without having to pay the extra fees of going through exchanges. I can probably take up to 1-2 coins or more daily. Thanks.

There are no fee in localbitcoins. If you advertise on there, and offer to pay 5% off the market price. Some one will contact you. They are a escrow service.

I usually use Western Union when I'm buying BTC with $, otherwise I just transfer from my bank to my PayPal.
You'll usually get decent rates if you're buying in a fair amount of bulk with WU as well, but make sure you're dealing with someone reputable! #bitcoin-otc on Freenode is a good place to start, they have a reputation system and a way to verify identities.

Try Localbitcoins if you're paying cash. Expect to pay a bit more than market rates.

Localbitocoins is a good place. You can advertise as Buyer. Then you can get more money for it.

I would like to purchase btc with cash. I will be paying around 5% (negotiable) off the market price for that day. Anyone know of any place that they can recommend?   Thanks
