Is there an exchange where you can buy ICOs with bitcoin? A reputable one that deals with all of the upcoming ICOs.

Most of the ICOs have their own platform to purchase the tokens and participate in the ICO, and you have no other choice rather than participate there and trust your money to them, this is risky I know but there is no other option. I have seen in the past that bittrex had listed an ICO coin but don't know if they can list more.

You can buy them anywhere, check their thread to see where it's listed. Some sell them through escrow, others on exchange etc. I don't think there is one exchange that holds all ICO.

You can only buy on exchanges ICO that are already finished. If you want to buy current ICO tokens, you must use their dedicated website.
Okay I get it. So which exchanges are best to buy finished ICOs? Because they don't get to big exchanges like poloniex and bittrex so quickly, so are there any other reliable exchanges where one could buy relatively newer coins?

Like the person above me said. An ICO is created by a certain company - group of people. And in order to buy the coins they are offering in the ICO (initial coin offering), you have to send money/bitcoin to the address they provide. Usually it involves an escrow, and they get the money once the ICO is finished and the goal is completed. There is no other way to buy these coins during the ICO.
If you would like to check out ICOs that are currently active, check the "altcoin annoucnments" thread here on the forums, and websites like: https://www.icocountdown.com/

the ROI of most recent ICOs are lower than ETH, so I think it's better to hold ETH.

If you want to buy ICO I recommend that you do not buy in ICO, because if you do not know about ICO it may be you will be a big risk if ico is a fraud, I think if you want to buy should buy that already in the market because there already Clearly they are real and there is no cheating in that.

All ICOs are accepting bitcoin payments, you send them BTC, they give you their tokens. But watch out there are a lot of SCAMs and not well prepaired projects, so it is better at first to check if the project is good enough, to invest some BTC in it.

If you want to invest in ICO, you have to choose a really serious ICO in their project, so you do not get caught up in this project. Because I see a lot of ICO projects running but only trickery is not really serious for that.

Most ICOs accept Bitcoin as payment. You just have to choose the ICO you are willing to invest in and buy your tokens using Bitcoins

I not have an exchange site for buy ICOs, but I have some website provides information about ICOs opening or will open and can check this ICOs use escrow or not!
Some website:
1. https://www.icoinfo.net/
2. https://tokenmarket.net/
3. https://icotracker.net/
When you want buy one token from ICOs you like, just need choose ICOs you want, visit this website and find token sale tab, website will learn you buy it. If you want find more information and discuss about that ICOs, seach in google with key: coin ICOs + Bitcointalk. Good luck!
