I personally recommend eBay, can get some really good deals there. You can also check around on this forum for miners in the EU.
Well, i do not trust any special miner shops anymore. There are too many scammers out there. i switched to Ebay where i buy my miner's stuff. it is secure and you could get you money back if you use Paypal.

Technobit.eu is a scam - You pay but they do not ship
Minereu.com - Has gone down, site does not even exist...
