There are countless exchanges that listed Monero. This is a reliable project that presents in almost all exchanges. Just go to coinmarket cap and type Monero symbol name in the search box. Go to exchange and see all the exchanges that monero is listed. You can now choose the one you intend to use base on their fee as it pertains to your own scenario.

Use only the trusted exchanges which are listed on coingecko.com web.
It updates regularly the score of each exchange so you would need to use the top 5 which are considered the most trusted of the exchanges.

You will be unable to trade it if you're willing to pay for fee, the suggestion of checking Monero's market on CMC is the best that you can do. You'll see bunch of exchanges where you can trade but choose the ones that has high liquidity.

You can't flee with the fees but lessening it would be ideal by checking each exchange that has it. There's too many of them so if you have time to check how much the fee for each of those market do it.

P2P would also save you from fee if there's someone who wants to buy if from you on Currency Exchange.
Even if the OP check Monero's market on the capital market to find the list of exchange site where he could trade Monero, it will take him hours before he can find what he's looking for but to cut off his stress and for him not to trade his coin on scam exchange.
I will advise him to make use of Binance exchange.

Hello! I want to exchange my Monero but I don't want to loose too much money. I know that changelly takes 0.25% fee, but I want to pay less. Do you know any other services?
Of course we know, and I would only recommend Binance for you now so that you can take advantage of their 0.1% fee, with that, I think it is still the cheapest you can get for exchanging your Monero, but even at that, you may still have to be paying up to that fee as total amount, because you have to still take It through local exchanges like localbitcoins, and they all have their own fees too.

By the time that you gather all these fees, I bet you may be paying up to that percentage. It is still good though because you would have paid more than that if you don’t get a lesser exchange fee. I would have also suggested a decentralized exchange for you to try, which is why you can always have a cheaper fee and also bargain for one, so try dex exchange out first.

0.25% fee is roughly the industry standard for low volume traders. Other platforms like Binance and OKex charge 0.1-0.2% as standard, but the process is slightly more involved than Changelly, so it really depends on whether you value your time more than the small difference in fees.

With that said, if you're a high volume trader, consider using an exchange with volume-based fee discounts, or one that has a token that can reduce trading fees, here's a useful article on the subject;

So strange that of all the places that people look up first, it's changgely, when really even google search I won't find that name on the top list. Makes me wonder what companies like them are paying Google just to appear on the first search. Wonder how many newbies go online and get cheated by high fees, or worse, even wrong coins.

You cannot trade your crypto currency if you are not willing to pay the trading commission to the exchange.0.25% is not too high so you can actually trade there because most exchanges ask for 0.5-1% or fee and also high withdrawal limit for withdrawing the funds once the trade completed.

Why not try in exchangers like Binance or Kucoin? Check here, there are uncountable exchanges have Monero to exchange.

You can also try in the forum too. Create a topic in the Currency Exchange section and see if anyone is interested to buy the Monero. Go with trusted users or use escrow of-course.
