I have seen people listing their cards on localbitcoins.com and even you can sell it on reddit for bitcoins. You can try offering more payment methods to get offers or trade it here on the forum (but some do offer low prices for gift cards).
localbitcoins is only for amazon.com giftcards. reddit i never had an account there, i am going to try, can you explain the procedures?

I wanted to give it to charity rather than selling at that rate. People also offered 40% face value and I managed to sell it for 95% face value as I offered Payza payment option.USA gift cards get many buyers on reddit. Even India isn't listed anywhere and I mostly get US gift cards.
