And by major leagues and tournaments, that will be the top 5 leagues and UEFA/Europa leagues right or will it include national competitions as well?

Click on the league you want to view, then on results. You will be presented with different seasons dating back to 1998/99 and will be able to view the results and odds for either side winning or a draw.
I have not used the website before now, so this is not a recommendation.
