binance is the best choice, with good liquidity, high security, you can convert to USDT on Tron network with a withdrawal fee of 0 USD, especially if you hold bnb a transaction fee will also be reduced.

What do you mean by writing convert to USDT on Tron network ? I don't understand I need to my wallet fund with USDT (for payments). Can you explain?

There's a comparison where it comes out cheapest? Including deposit, trade and withdrawal commissions?
I always use the bestchange site. There are always the lowest commissions and the most important thing is security. Using their services I can be sure that my money is safe and the exchanger with which I work will not throw me and will not turn out to be a Scam. during the entire time of use, I have never had any problems. Please note that if the exchange fee is too low, it is most

Depending on where are you exactly located you can choose a legit exchange. These new they in any country there are some exchanges where you can go physically and do any exchange you want easily. However, on localbitcoins.com you can choose your country and find some one to sell you bitcoins if you want to buy BTC and then change it to ETH. Also, here using this link to coinmarketcap https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ you can find the best and most reliable exchanges where you can exchange your USD directly to ETH.

primexbtc Withdrawal Fee 0.0005 btc only btc?
Yes, here's on their websites [1]

But, you need to be careful and do own research first before try use it... not only look from the cheapest fee. Primexbtc is well known scam exchanges, you can check on his trust feedback [2] Yobit, changelly is also scam exchanges... don't use it. I suggest to use Binance [3] or Kucoin [4] since it's popular and trusted, the fees seems reasonable for me (spot trading 0,1% and withdrawal fees 0.0004 BTC). It's better to be safe than loss.

1. As for me , I do use Zebpay , it gives very good rates plus at the same time for 0.7$ approximately , you can easily put the cash in your bank account.

Don't just go on about the cheapest, take care if the service is credible and reliable , read the reviews on the Google and other places.

-Try seeing for yourself a wallet that is also offline and work as a trading platform , this way you can timely encash and store your coins too.

zebpay.com
This is the site if you want to check out , I have been using it since forever plus , now it does allow international registrations.

While not the cheapest, Binance has a decently reasonable fee of 0.1% for spot trading. I suggest picking exchanges with decent fees but with high liquidity, rather than exchanges with cheap fees but with low liquidity.

Withdrawal fees[1] are 2.28 on Ethereum, 0 for Tron.
