1. Why not report the site/account to the site you got defrauded?

2. I don't think it will ll be possible to recovery stolen Crypto unless the person is caught physically.
Only developed countries usually have the chance of getting serious help from their enforcement agencies in problem of cyber crime.

3. Try this: Tweet the scammers account to the dreaded Anonymous  if it is on Twitter with all the proofs you need. Really sorry for your loss

Depends on your country. Inform the police of your country, the prosecutor's office.

I would advice you to gather proper evidence and details like transactions,ip addresses etc and file a report on your local police station or cyber crime department. If you are American citizen you can file your complaint on
