The easiest way is special channels on the Telegram. Just like that channels that are giving info about the upcoming airdrops.

Announcement in the market place, you will see often some ICO offer pre sale and discounts, specially when you join their telegram group for update, try to search Fiancia Coin they offer 50% discount.... Also Giftcoin, join their telegram... For updates.... I AM Not endorsing for another coin to have incentive or something I just read it when I was reading on my Facebook wall...

Search for ANN threads at bitcointalk forum and focus on excellent ICO projects.
You can learn more about presale and ICO in advance, and when you join the telegram group earlier, you can get more information.

Hey Guys,

I have been already investing in icos for one year.
I realized that most of the time I do miss pre-sales and high bonuses and just end up buying icos in crowd-sale.

websites as icobench, icoholder etc.. are showing mostly crowd sales.

DO you have any idea where to find mainly presales or any opportunities to invest into companies in their early stage?

Thanks.

You are at the right place, go to the announcement segment of bitcointalk forum, you will always catch new ICOs still at the presale stages there.
good luck.

You can search on this forum go to altenate currency > market place > announcements  so you wont miss any pre- sale or you can to to altenate currency > market place > bounties where you can find ongoing ICOs,your you can go to ICOhotlist.com you woild find a lot of ICOs but be careful of choosing one because most of these ICOs are just raising funds so you will need to do a lot of background checks.
