You can try Skrill. Log in to your skrill account, if you don't have any , create one. Click deposit and choose bitcoin as form of payment. Follow the next steps as they are as easy as 123.

skrill requires people to verify their accounts, if they deposit bitcoin in the skrill, then these bitcoins would be blocked until they pass the verification of account that is a great exhaustive process, they ask for a passport, proof of residence, location, you still have to go through the scanner (you have to install their application on your mobile phone to be able to pass on the face scanner that confirms that the photo of your passport has the same face as yours)... as I said, it is an exhausting process.

...and you can witdraw your USD to advcash and perfect money

advcash ask people to verify their accounts and their support is very slow, it may take 13 days to respond to the support ticket, perfect money seems to be better option

In what country are you living? Why you are not able to verify and send requirements for your account's verification?

You can try virwox

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/VirWoX#How_to_sell_bitcoins

If you still don't have enough choice, you can look for someone that you can do a peer to peer trade, in person.

How many bitcoin you are about to sell? Just curious but if you are not allowed to answer my question, it's fine.

I'm new of bitcoin and in coinbase I'm not able to verify document.
Which is the best alternative to coinbase where to sell bitcoins I've before to transfer?

thank to all of your replies.
Hi
antonio

It really depends on your circumstances and what exactly you're looking for.

If you're having trouble with verification and want to go without it, then go with Localbitcoins. Even though they've recently had an overhaul of their ID policies, traders without "significant volume" is still able to trade freely without verification. That is your most convenient route, however the rates you get will be less than ideal. Doesn't matter that much if the amount is small though.

If you have a big amount to sell, however, you probably still want to sell it on a big exchange to get the best rates. Depending on which country you're from, Kraken, Gemini, GDAX are all options. Even coinbase itself, but for all of them you do need to wait for the verification to be done.

Hi

It is still better to use regulated exchanges for selling your Bitcoin earned from mining or wherever you get it. But since you said that you still not able to verify your account then you can still find an alternative ways to sell those Bitcoins, is your area have an active Bitcoin ATM? you can use that but it will charge you higher than exchange do, or you can find a trusted escrow or a platform that offers this kind of service, where you will entrust your coins until there is a person that is willing to buy your coins, the process will be like this, you will send those Bitcoin to the escrow and the buyer will send you the payment, you will confirm that you already receive the payment so that the escrow will send those coins to the buyer, of course this service is not free, you also have to pay the escrow.

In the first place how did you manage to get the bitcoin you want to sell? Your local bitcoin will be the best place or option for you to sell your bitcoin in my opinion as it will really be risky for you to get contact of buyers here in this forum.

First, very important is information from where are you. Best way depend of where you are live and many service have some limits for specific cointries.
If you are really new in crypto, maybe is better try to find someone in your neighborhood, local bitcoin seller and make exchange directly.
