Crypto Swap Exchange
I have had good luck with localcoinswap.com
There seem to be a lot of people from LBC and Paxful winding up there.

Like anything else you have to use your head, the person offering 40% above spot is obviously a scammer.

You do have access to your private keys of your wallet on their site, but as always put in your BTC do what you have to do and take it out to a more secure place.

binance.com is quite good P2P and also reliable too,
Binance.com has nothing to do with being a p2p exchange... come on, let's first learn what a peer to peer exchange means before we make suggestions

however I think now paxful P2P is also back.
You have got to be joking me. You are going back to using paxful?  Roll Eyes

Here are some pretty solid alternatives you can check them out

1. bisq.network
2. hodlhodl.com
3. agoradesk.com
4. peachbitcoin.com

You can also keep track on some of the next exchanges that might poop up in the future from this site - https://kycnot.me
To amend my list, we have
5. Localcoinswap.com

Quit a good p2p service as well.

Thanks for bringing the topic up again to clarify some details. Indeed, P2P platform Paxful has returned to activity again, one month after it announced the cessation of its activities in April :
We’re back.
After a month away, we’re happy to announce that the Paxful marketplace is back online.
As a reminder, the platform was suddenly closed due to a battle for control by the two co-founders. It seems that the problems between them have been resolved, but what happened in terms of stopping operations is not very reassuring, especially with the assumption that this could happen again.

In my opinion, the Agoradesk platform is the best alternative to all of these platforms, and it has proven its integrity through honest activity for years, in addition to its presence here on the forum through an official representative who takes care of the official announcement of the platform, in addition to launching a signature campaign that has been operating for months and includes the best trusted members on forum.

Just some corrections here since OP is looking for a Bitcoin p2p exchange.

Infinity Exchanger ---> Instant exchange, not p2p
xchange.me ---> Instant exchange, not p2p
LocalMonero ---> Supports only Monero withdrawals and deposits, Agoradesk is the version that supports Bitcoin
Majestic Bank ---> Instant exchange, not p2p

Of course the forums are a great place, but is there any other trusted marketplaces for buying/selling BTC?
If you are a Paxful user, then most likely you will not have a problem with KYC, if so, then binance platform has P2P section, so if you are lucky you will find a lot of good offers as most sellers have moved to that platform.

Bisq is an excellent choice when you dont want to provide your KYC data.

Since the exchange have been mentioned above, you can check this[1] first to have a better idea about the liquidity in each one of them.

You should also keep in mind that most (CEXes) mentioned do not support gift cards like LBC and Paxful used to.

Gamble responsibly
Localbitcoins and Paxful were centralized and are not P2P exchanges. Decentralized exchanges like Bisq are P2P exchanges because it is not centralized.

Localbitcoins and Paxful are not only centralized, they require KYC. If KYC is not your problem, you can use centralized exchanges like Binance, OKX, Huobi global, Kucoin etc.
