Yes, but you have control of your coins and it is more difficult to loose them whether the online-wallet dissapears (if no one hack your computer, of course  Wink )...

Like https://blockchain.info , it must be a website, easy, safe and quick to access.
But it should not suffer lost password/account/LTC.
