Is there a list of exchanges worth dealing with that have lower fees. If I get raped on fees there will be a negative right out the gate. Add in my newbie factor and I might as well be flipping a coin for profit. Tried Bitterx to learn and always ended up holding the coin on the way down after pump and dumps. Grin
BTC-e felt like the fees where a little on the rich side and the Russian aspect worried me a tad.

if you want to start trade for altcoin i suggest you use bittrex or yobit exchange because many people use these exchange for their altcoin trading activity but if you asking what coin are the best to trade i can't telling to you because altcoin price is very unpredictable sometimes the price grow up more than 50% in a day but it possible to the price down more than 50% only in a few hours

If you are just starting and don't yet know what you are doing you can try something like arbitrage. Have a look what coins are being sold on different exchanges, sometimes it is possible to buy from one and sell on another exchange. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it is pretty much free money (easier with smaller exchanges as people tend to change their buy orders slower there and even tend to forget they had something set up). As for where, most exchanges are good, just sticking to one can work but it might just limit you.

The last time i use mostly YOBIT en C-CEX.
They payout very fast and when you send coins they enter as well very fast in your wallat.
From time to time i use poloniex.
It depends a little bit of which coin the have on their list. It is not everywhere the same list.

Depends on what exactly you would like to trade?Simply trading btc's for fiat and visa versa is a good start too.Buying the btc in bulk when the prices goes down (like right now) and selling it off once the price rises should be good for a beginner. You can trade altcoins too but that need some idea about the coins and how exactly cryptocurrencies work,so this is like an advanced level.

How does that lending work? That sounds intereting. Does polonoe have the majority of altcoins? Also Can you suggest which coin is best to trade?

No body knows that, all you'll get if you ask this question is speculations. I'd suggest Bittrex for trading altcoins. Lending is risky, don't give out loans without proper collateral. You can read more on that in Lending section. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/edu-the-rule-of-no-collateral-no-loan-ignore-at-your-own-risk-577765

I don't know about guaranteed winning, but I suggest that you trade in Poloniex. It's the biggest cryptocurrency exchange out there, in terms of volume. You can also gain a nice small profit daily there if you lend to other users who are margin-trading, and it involves no risk at all (you get interest from loaning). Good luck! May the market be in your favour  Cheesy
