As extasie has pointed, bitcoin doubled by the end of the year although we've reached $13,000+ and that was a good year, right?
If the price of Bitcoin rises to 20,000 by the end of this year, the price of Altcoin will rise as well. In countries where crypto currencies are banned, the price of bitcoin may still be very high if the currency goes down this year.
We're seeing the pattern again right now. If bitcoin rises again, the alts will come together as we can see to the market again. I think about the restriction of cryptos in a country doesn't really affect the prices except the case from Iran.
