Im currently working on a startup that will help accelerate the adoption of Bitcoin.
I would like to know some dominant names in the industry.

If you’re also interested, send me a pm

What do you mean by "dominant names in the industry"?
Crypto whales?Crypto exchange CEOs?Bitcoin Core developers?
I don't think such people would be interested in funding your startup.
Maybe you should create a good business plan and a whitepaper.

That's the thing, it's going to be very difficult in the beginning to find angel investors unless you really do have a good project that is unique and someone is willing to take that risk. I don't know, but maybe you can go on the traditional way of asking for a bank loan, or go to your families to help you fund your projects. As @saerlingen, maybe you can start with your local communities and see how it goes. It will be hard to get a PM specially with your rank and the way the price of Bitcoin has been changing in the last couple of months.

Bet you won't click the signature link.
Did you try local communities first? It's a lot easier to kick these things off if you can find people who know your work ethics, or can experience first-hand, rather than convincing strangers online that your idea is not only good, but you too are competent enough to carry it out.

If you are really serious, maybe crowd-funding would be well suited?

I doubt you will get a PM from someone willing to put anything before you explain your idea in full, and also explain how you propose it be carried out.
