Don't look the chart, you should compare with the token sale price like
Harmony : 1 ONE = 0.0065USD
Fetch.AI : 1 FET = 0.052 and etc.
Now the price is increase many times, who's invest in this project get a big profit, and for me IEO so far is good.

It's not all-time chart but if you are taking the all-time chart and majority of those coins were getting back to the bottom already made huge money for investors. you can take the chart that already provided by crypto-rank.
