I understand that everyone thinks his Twitter accounts are fake or whatever, I did not post his telegram channel link, just because I don't want to advertise this scam.
Check here: https://t.me/Yobichaten_Support this is their "official" Telegram channel group. I have checked some links from this group, and all of them going to official Yobit website and his "support"
We are talking about Yobit, and there are no surprises. Also, my contact from an email, it gives me the signs that if it is not from official Yobit, then is for sure from someone behind Yobit team.
we'll see what's going to be from this.
You are in the wrong way. Where you found this telegram https://t.me/Yobichaten_Support ? Have you found it on their official twitter, website, bitcointalk ann or somewhere else? It is fake I think because:
1. Yobit will create something which available with yobit but here you can see yobi, why?
2. They have not mentioned it on their official website or official twitter account.
3. You can create another telegram account/group something like https://t.me/Yobichaten_Suport just deduction 1 p from your mentioned telegram.
4. Anyone can create telegram and if they post bitcointalk.org website link then when we will open that link it will redirect us to bitcointalk.org and it is not the fault of bitcointalk.org

You have on jhenfelipe post image with all official Yobit web addresses:

It's a possibility, but there's NO evidence. Anyway, what's important is people should know what's the official links and ignore those scam links.

Some redflags:
1. As I said above, twitter usernames looks so fake
2. Telegram channel @Yobichaten_Support is not so convincing and not advertised in their website or official twitter account
3. They advertised both official and fake links in their telegram channel:

This is the reminder of official domains included in every newsletter of Yobit ([email protected])

I suggested this in a different (one of many) Yobit scam thread:

Even though Yobit itself should be labelled as an extremely suspicious entity, this scam probably isn't attributed to them.

The promoter of this so called 'Investbox' seems to not be a part of the Yobit team at all. If you look at the domain name of the email, you'll find that it's got nothing to do with yobit.net, but rather a newly registered domain in an attempt to imitate the Yobit domain. The Telegram account that posted this is probably malicious as well.

It's quite a common occurrence right now for impersonators to take advantage of the lack of Yobit support, and get people to send money to them thinking that they're communicating with Yobit's actual support personnel. You can obviously tell in this case with the absurd amounts of returns they are offering (even by Yobit's own standards).

They will announce it in their chat channel and their newsletter if you subscribed to their newsletter, there are so many scammed or twitter imitation,  especially coming from the exchange so better careful on what you are dealing it if it is coming from a true source, but why trade in a proven scam exchange, why take the risk.

Fake twitter accounts indeed. I guess you missed to check the twitter usernames, it's obvious that they are fake by just looking at it. Also, the official twitter account should have posted about the new accounts if they are really from Yobit.

Don't trust those twitter and telegram accounts the replies in behalf of any service. There are many fake accounts out there, impersonating the official accounts to scam people.

You said you emailed them, which email address have you contacted?

OP, these Twitter accounts are fake and not related to Yobit in any way. Some smart cheaters noticed that Yobit have shitty customer support and decided to found baive victims on Twitter.
Someone already contacted Yobit support about this thing and they replied that these accounts on Twitter are made by scammers.

Yobit maximum profit from investbox is 7% (only specific coins). And yes this is obvious PONZI scheme. I am suspecting Yobit might run out with investor's fund eventually. Might be I would wrong, but its highly suspicious. Their current promotional strategy isn't indicating that they are trying to build their reputation once again. Most likely they are targeting new users to invest or trade on their platform. Users should aware about their shady activity and I believe most of bitcointalk users know that. On the other hand current discussion about Yobit increase more awareness about their shady activity.
Investbox is obviously a Ponzi scheme. On there all most all the coins are the shit coin. They listed only BTC, etc, doge and eth which are real. Other coins on Investbox are shit. If they ran away then they will be able to scam these investbox coins but more important is that they will be able to scam all the funds which are deposited on their site.

You have received message or post from scammer not from the yobit (though many people think yobit is scammer too). But the message or post are not from yobit. There investbox plan is: https://yobit.net/en/investbox/invests/
Never Believe any information from unofficial person or post.
Edit:
If you want to say them scammer then you can call for their investbox plan, lsiting shit coin, running fake ico like https://yobit.net/en/trade/PLUTO/BTC
And few others but your accusation is totally from wrong side. It cant be scam accusation. If you want to make aware about yobit then it is ok.

In this crowded around their signature campaign, am checked his official Twitter account. There are a few changes. First of all, they have a few new created accounts where they trying to be more responsive.
Yobit Support : Dominik Herzog
Ultramod Yobit Support
Yobit Support : Alex Warden
Also, they create Yobit Official Tech. Support Chat on Telegram, I find where they communicate with some users about offline wallet problem for his coins. it seems that everything is good and they may have decided to be regular service and trying to build a positive reputation. But behind all, it seems to me just a new attempt to take more money from people. They need new people to scam it.
There is a new investment solution 5% daily BITCOIN INVEST BOX

Code:
5% daily.
Your deposit will be doubled.
Cold Storage BTC address with encrypted private key. Only you have access to your funds.  You will always have full access to your funds.
100% compensation for any lost funds from a special insurance fund.
No dice.
Trading signals from Yobit.
You can cancel and withdraw at any time
https://imgur.com/ZE6kfNo

I contact them on email and there is how it works:

Quote
For example, you invested 2.5 BTC and got 5 BTC Invest Box the same day. You will get 0.25 BTC daily (5%). You can withdraw 0.25 BTC everyday. You only need to keep 5 BTC on the balance to get your % daily. Of course, you may withdraw the whole sum. In this case we cancel the Invest box and you will not get 5% daily.

Also this thing it looks like usual Ponzi scam.

Quote
there are only 100 boxes and only 14 are available for reservation now
The minimum amount to invest is 1.5 BTC. Maximum - 15 BTC
Only your first deposit will be doubled so try to make it as big as possible to maximize your profit. You may deposit more funds later but they won't be doubled.

Doubling deposit, high daily % of interest it can't be true. If 100 participants (we can't know how much they have registered people for that) invest half of the maximum, 7.5 BTC and he gives them +7.5 bonus, they need to pay 75 BTC daily on behalf of the 5% interests.
I recommend strictly keeping away from this.
