I would like to start my own vacation rental website similar to Airbnb. I have researched some available scripts in market like

  • BistroStays
    DropInn
    Renters
    Airhotels

All the products listed above is having 2 versions Standard Version as well as Enterprise Edition. So I am bit confused as start-up entrepreneur which version shall I go. I would like to have suggestion which is best suited as Rental Software in accordance to

Technology
Maintenance
Stability
Robustness
Maximum Features

Check out http://www.ncrypted.net/airbnb-clone that I have picked, share your views about the same. Shall I buy that version or not?
