yes i am also agree with you that bitcointalk.org is a good source of information about bitcoin and any other altcoin. i myself getting good information about bitcoin and any other alt coin from this this forum.
Having read the responses of earlier posers, I can conclude that the forum is just the best source of information because its only here you can get to read uncensored review about a project which every developer can be put on the spot without any reservations this has made a lot of scam projects that even have the right side of the press became bursted among other things that's just your best bet.
Coindesk is the most reliable news website for me. They only released trusted news unlike cointelegraph that can publish any article as long as it is paid without further review if it is legit.
yes that is right ia m also getting valuable information from condesk, but I think this form bitcointalk.org s also a good source of getting information about bitcon and other altcoin sites. you just need to study it in detail. All of them have different perspective and analyzation. and it gives more opportunity to make a new analyzation based on all of their perspective.

I think about sites like cointelegraph, but which is talking about other altcoins or new coins/ICO like Emunie 
I think bitcointalk.org forum is enough, other information can be seen twitter, specific information about the coin, you can see coinmarketcap.
