https://www.coinschedule.com/

They don't offer much in terms of a review of ICOs but they compile all of the information sources in to one place and it's easy to explore new and ongoing ICOs using their site.

I have found it best to cross-reference ICO ratings on various sites to get a better view of ICO potential (aside from reading the whitepapers).

So far, I have come across sites such as:

1. Bitcoin Forum.

2. https://icotoinvest.com

3. https://cryptorated.com/ico-reviews

4. https://foundico.com

5. https://www.ccn.com/ico

6. https://icobench.com

7. https://foxico.io

8. https://icomarks.com

.. and so on...

There are also sources that require a payment.

What I am not sure is which of these rating sites are really trust-worthy and which are heavily influenced by payments from ICOs or Bounty Campaigns (these factor add value in the short-term since they create hype, but we should be able to see what the ICO really has to offer per-se).

Also, I've looked at some successful past ICOs on https://icostats.com , where you can track ICO ROI since ICO Date. If you then search for some of the best ROI returning ICOs on the above websites, it is not unusual to find that they aren't precisely the best graded with top marks.

So can you add any other good reliable sources to ICO rating/profiling?
